Stroke Association boosts KPI management with new Logi Analytics system

After realising that their existing KPI management system was too time consuming and prone to errors, Stroke Association, the leading charity in the UK for people affected by stroke, initiated a rigorous tender process to source a replacement.

As a result, the charity has now implemented Logi Info from Logi Analytics, which it has found provides deeper insight and analysis of performance goals and outcomes. The system offers hugely increased functionality, allowing the senior management team to interpret data behind Key Performance Indicators more quickly and efficiently, which supports crucial decision making.

Paul Hughes, Head of IT at Stroke Association explained: “Previously it took two weeks to manually compile the reports required to populate the Balanced Scorecard and, inevitably, with so much manual input, errors crept in to the data. We needed to automate this process and so we set about finding the right partner to help us to do this.

“Our tender process is very thorough and we evaluated a number of solutions against the criteria we had set. We were delighted when we saw the transformation Logi Analytics could achieve for us.”

Stroke Association also now features as a case study in a white paper that explores just how the charity has benefited from the adoption of Logi Info, providing valuable examples and insights for other charities considering their own KPI management options.
